The photographs
Every photograph on this site was taken by us. Nothing here is stock, and nothing here was generated by a machine. We travel and shoot together, and what you see is what we saw.
We own the copyright in all of it, and we keep it.
When you buy a print, a card or a mug, you are buying that object. You are free to hang it, give it, live with it and pass it on. You are not buying the image itself.
So please do not copy, scan, reprint or resell our photographs, and do not use them in anything commercial without asking us first. If you want to use an image for something, write to us. We are easier to talk to than you might expect.
Prices and orders
All prices are in US dollars and include the product only. Shipping is shown separately at checkout.
We can change prices at any time, but never on an order you have already placed.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we confirm your order by email. If something is wrong, a price error or a product we cannot make, we may decline the order and refund you in full. We will tell you why.
Customs duties or import taxes outside the United States are yours to pay. We have no way to know or collect them in advance.
Payment
Payments are handled by PayPal. Your card details go to PayPal, never to us, and we never see or store them.
Making and delivering your order
Everything is made after you order it. Timings, shipping costs and what happens if something arrives damaged are all set out on our Shipping and Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
How things look on screen
We photograph and proof carefully, but a screen is backlit and paper is not. Colours and tones read a little differently in the hand. That difference is not a fault and is not covered by a return.
Sizes are given in inches and describe the printed area or the frame, as stated on each product.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has it. We can close an account that is being used to abuse the store or other people.
Where we stand on liability
We stand behind what we make. If a piece arrives damaged or wrong, we replace it.
Beyond that, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect losses, and nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.
Privacy
What we collect and what we do with it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Which law applies
Image Brothers Inc. is a California corporation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If something cannot be sorted out between us, it goes to the state or federal courts in Orange County, California.
Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.
